LONDON IRISH PAIR NAMED IN ENGLAND UNDER 19 SQUAD

Two London Irish players, Topsy Ojo and Derry Coughlan have been named in the England squad for the first Under 19 international of the season as they begin the build-up to the 2004 World Championship.

They take on Scotland at Fylde on Friday, January 16th (2pm) then meet Ireland at Broadstreet on March 5th and Wales at Morley on March 12th before heading for the IRB tournament in Durban, South Africa.

Topsy Ojo, from Dartford in Kent plays on the wing or at full back and appeared in last year's World Championship alongside scrum half Derry Coughlan, who is a pupil at the John Fisher School in Purley.

Both Derry and Topsy were marked out as international stars of the future last summer when they were called into Brian Ashton's England National Academy squad.

London Irish congratulates Topsy and Derry on their selection.
