ZURICH 'A' LEAGUE FIXTURE LIST CONFIRMED

The Zurich 'A' League fixture list has now been confirmed and can be found on the webiste.

LONDON DOUBLE HEADER

The 2004/05 Zurich Premiership season will kick off with a special all London Double Header at Twickenham on Saturday 4th September 2004. The four London clubs in the Zurich Premiership - London Irish, London Wasps, NEC Harlequins and Saracens - will play their opening Premiership fixtures against each other on the first Saturday of the new domestic season. The event at Twickenham aims to create real excitement in the capital city and provides supporters of all four London based clubs with a fantastic day of world class rugby at the home of England Rugby.

Tickets have gone on sale for this inaugural event that will see London Irish vs. NEC Harlequins, and Saracens vs. London Wasps playing back-to-back. The best way to purchase tickets is to download the application form and pay by Cheque or Debit Card.

If you are a Season Ticket holder for the 04/05 Season, you will have been sent details on how you can apply for your match ticket(s) and additional match tickets at a discounted rate.

Hospitality

Our hospitality area for the London Double Header will be located in the 'North Try Line' suite and will include:

  · Three course buffet style lunch prior to our match
  · Use of cash bar facility
  · Afternoon Tea  served after our match
  · Top price match ticket for both matches

Tickets are priced at £100 inc VAT per person (£85.11 exc VAT).

Car parking will also be available to purchase (subject to availability) at £15 for the Rosebine Car Park and £20 at the ground.

NEW PRODUCTS IN STORE

As the new season is rapidly approaching, there is new stock coming in all the time.  In the accessories range, for the sporty supporters we have London Irish Water Bottles.  For the young (or young at heart!) supporters we have Digger Gym Bags (shown here).  We also have new ultrasoft Beanie Bears in a choice of two colours (green and natural).  In the luxury range, there are now Leather Purses and Wallets which feature an embossed London Irish crest.

MATCHDAY STAFF - MEGASTORE

The Madejski Stadium Megastore is looking for applicants to strengthen its already highly successful team of staff.  Applicants will be expected to work all London Irish home fixtures which take place at the Madejski Stadium.

Candidates would benefit from previous retail experience, but it is not essential as full training will be given. They should also be customer focused, bright, energetic, outgoing and willing to work very hard.

on Saturday 7th August 2004

The fun starts at 4.00pm, with a BBQ until 7.00pm (cooking by South African trained Head Chef, Robin Clive) and live music featuring Rage Against The Poteen
and The Gagging Ferrets.

Admission (including BBQ) is £8 for Adults and £4 for Children if we know you are coming, or £10 and £5 if you just turn up on the day.
