SUPPORTING THE READING COUNCIL 'WALK TO SCHOOL' CAMPAIGN

Digger made a guest appearance in assemblies at Coley (pictured) and Upcroft Primary Schools last Monday (19th May) to support the Reading Council 'Walk to School' campaign.

Reading Council are running their 'Walk to School' campaign for the 2nd consecutive year, which stresses the benefits of walking to school to children, rather than getting a lift from parents. Walking to school helps children get their daily exercise, which keeps them fit and healthy.

Digger woofs: "I am a big fan of dog walking, and think walking to school is a great way to make friends. It also helps kids learn about road safety which is very important."
