TEAM NEWS
There is one change to the starting line-up of the team that played London Wasps last Sunday, Michael Horak returns at fullback.
Commenting on this weekend's match Head Coach, Gary Gold, said, "We were disappointed with last week's performance at Wasps. We have worked hard in training this week to eliminate the errors that caused us to concede penalties. Rotherham has always provided tough opposition for London Irish, I am not expecting things to be different on Sunday."
Injury update: Nick Greenstock is making good progress recovering from his shoulder injury and may be available for selection sooner than expected.

POINTS MEAN PINTS!! Win Guinness to enjoy with your friends
Don't forget you only have 3 more days to enter our fantastic Guinness competition by correctly forecasting the total number of points that will be scored in the next home game against Rotherham Titans on Sunday 26th October.
The winner will receive a can of cool, refreshing Guinness Draught for every point scored when Rotherham visit the Madejski Stadium later this month. So points will mean pints that day! The winner will also receive a Guinness t-shirt.
To enter, all you have to do is send an e-mail to competition@london-irish.com, with your Name, Address and a Contact Telephone number (please state whether Home, Work or Mobile) plus the total number of points you think will collectively be scored in the London Irish vs. Rotherham match on Sunday 26th October.
The closing date for entries is Friday 24th October. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. In the event of there being more than one correct entry, the Guinness prize will go to the first one pulled from the hat. The judge's decision is final.

CHARITY COLLECTION
The Maiden Erlegh Rotary Club will be holding a charity collection at the London Irish home match at the Madejski Stadium this Sunday, 26 October. The Rotary members will be collecting for the Thames Valley & Chiltern Air Ambulance Trust, and will bring along a helicopter fuselage equipped like an air ambulance for spectators to see what their charity donations will help to fund.
Rotary Club members will be collecting pre and post match at the Irish home match against Rotherham Titans and the mock helicopter will be on display throughout the afternoon (kick off at 3pm).

REDINGENSIANS MINI TOURNAMENT
On Sunday 17th October Redingensians (a London Irish Partner club) held its popular Mini Tournament, which was contested by Bristol, Newbury, Reading and Reading Abbey as well as two teams from the host club. In spite of the rival attractions of the Rugby World Cup and London Irish's local derby at London Wasps, both Redingensians and Newbury entered teams in each age group, and a large numbers of spectators cheered on all the teams.
After several close battles each age group came down to the match between Redingensians and Newbury, with these two clubs taking first and second places across the board. At Under 7 and Under 12 Redingensians prevailed, and at Under 8, Under 9 and Under 10 Newbury won through. The closest age group was the Under 11s where the two teams fought to a standstill in a 0-0 draw, with Newbury taking the honours on tries scored in the league games.

This good set of results for Redingensians follows on from an excellent performance at the Windsor tournament two weeks before. The Under 9s and Under 10s both lost narrowly in semi-finals, and the Under 11s lost a close final. However, the Under 12s won their age group for the second year in succession, and didn't concede a try in the whole competition.
